Domain, hosting and email provider charges are separate and agreed before you go ahead. Accounts are set up in your name. You supply photos and recordings you have permission to use; photography and video production aren’t included. Website packages include one round of revisions and 30 days of fixes for delivery faults. Later changes are quoted separately.

We’re just starting out. Is this for us?
Absolutely. A short bio, a handful of good photos and a clear song list are a useful start. We’ll talk through what you have and what would help before agreeing the work.
Do we need professional photos and video?
No. Clear, well-lit photos and an honest performance clip can work well. We select and present what you supply. Photo shoots, audio recording and video editing are separate services and aren’t included.
Who owns the domain and accounts?
You do. Domain, hosting and email accounts should be in your name, with renewals paid directly to the provider. We agree the hosting and handover arrangements before work begins.
Are there ongoing fees?
Your package is a one-off fee. Your chosen domain, hosting and email providers may charge renewals. We explain those costs before you commit. There’s no required GigPolish maintenance subscription.
Can we update things later?
Yes. Your handover explains how your chosen setup works. You can use another provider or request a separate quote for changes, subject to availability. We’ll explain any platform limitations before you choose.
How long does it take?
We agree a delivery slot before payment. A useful starting allowance is around ten working days after we have your content and initial payment, depending on the agreed work.
